Returns:
If you are not 100% happy with our product, we will gladly refund the cost of the item. We MUST hear from you within 7 days of receipt of  product. Please email champagnetaste6@aol.com or contact us at 305-926-2072.  Sorry, but there are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.

When returning product for a full refund, please include the following:
1. Send a copy of original invoice.
2. Please provide a reason for the return – our number one objective is to offer the best product and service to our clients.

When shipping back the product, please pack with padding in cardboard box. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 10-14 business days for credit.

Q)What does high grown mean?
A) Highest altitude produces the most premium quality available.  Highest latitude, longer growing days produce more blossoms,  which contain the highest oil content, and that is what brings your feline to the ultimate euphoric level of joy!

Q) What is the size of the bottle?
A) A regular size glass wine bottle.

Q) Is Canadian catnip better than American?
A) Paws down yes!  From the altitude and latitude where this catnip is grown in Canada, to the harvesting and storage procedures, which include   a dark climate controlled warehouse the answer is a resounding YES!

Q) Why is Kitty Chardonnay better?
A) The personal attention to quality control alone makes it superior, but when you also see the color and experience the scent, no doubt, you will agree! Furthermore, Kitty Chardonnay Clients have rated it #1.

Q) How do I use the loose catnip?
A) Most catnip product is found inside toys, however, for optimal effect, the loose catnip form from a sealed bottle will give your feline the most joy. Take loose catnip to the designated play area for your kitty to enjoy!

Q) What is the shelf life of the product?
A) In a sealed bottle, about 3 years.

Q) Is fresh better than dried catnip?
A) Dried catnip is more potent than fresh.

Q) Does it work for all cats?
A) Approximately 15% to 20% of felines do not respond to catnip in general.  Please read Product Information & Purchase page for further information.
